1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 If 567k has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 21 years of age, 567k reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze all balances, and conduct mandatory age verification before reinstating access. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified or underage access may be voided.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 To access real-money features on 567k, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan.

4.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 567k platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, different email addresses, different CNICs, or through the use of third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your 567k account. 567k will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4.4 KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back). 567k may request additional supporting documentation, including a recent utility bill or bank statement, to verify your residential address. KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

4.5 567k reserves the right to suspend account access or withhold withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence where unusual transaction patterns or potential compliance concerns are identified.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 567k are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at 567k's discretion.

5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the 567k cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and may differ by payment method. 567k does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your payment service provider may apply independent transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification having been completed satisfactorily.

5.4 567k aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are generally processed within the same business day; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing times and public holidays.

5.5 567k reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional verification if the withdrawal amount is unusually large, if the account has not previously completed a successful withdrawal, or if compliance or fraud screening flags require review.

5.6 Players must not use the 567k platform as a payment processing facility. Any deposits not followed by genuine wagering activity — constituting a pattern of depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful play — may be treated as suspicious activity and reported accordingly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 567k offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events including PSL, Eid, and other occasions relevant to Pakistani players. All promotions are subject to their individual terms which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in the relevant promotional terms and displayed in your account bonus dashboard.

6.3 Bonuses are awarded to accounts for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or exchanging bonuses between accounts is prohibited. Any attempt to do so will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6.4 567k reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse, fraud, collusion, or technical error is identified. Where a promotion is cancelled due to player misconduct, any associated bonus balance and winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited.

6.5 Players may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses on new or duplicate accounts following an initial claim is treated as a duplicate account violation under Clause 4.2.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the 567k sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed by the platform. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirming. 567k will not accept claims for refunds on confirmed bets based on player error.

7.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session or live bet, 567k will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game or bet result cannot be verified due to technical issues, 567k reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.

7.3 Odds displayed on the 567k sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement, not at odds prevailing at any other point.

7.4 567k reserves the right to void or amend any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market listings, or system malfunctions — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player.

7.5 Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per sport/game category. These limits are displayed in the relevant sportsbook market or game information panel. 567k is not obligated to pay out amounts exceeding the stated maximum payout, regardless of the outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 567k platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in 567k games or systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Using the 567k platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering with false identity information, using another person's CNIC, or impersonating any individual for the purpose of accessing the platform.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or any other means intended to disguise your location or circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 567k staff or other players via any communication channel.

8.2 Violations of Clause 8.1 will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances including real-money and bonus funds, and where applicable, reporting of the activity to relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 567k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from wagering activity.

11.3 567k shall not be liable for any loss arising from: (a) technical failures or internet connectivity issues outside our reasonable control; (b) delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 567k's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

13. Account Termination

13.2 567k reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — where: (a) a breach of these Terms has been identified; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure.

13.3 Upon termination of an account for cause, 567k reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any applicable AML review, except where forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the violation.

14. Governing Law
